On July 9th, 2025, I registered for the Apple Developer Program via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone using my main iCloud account (Apple ID). The expected annual fee was 2,299,000 VND (~$99). However, I just checked my billing history and saw that I was charged twice for the same subscription, both under the same Apple ID / iCloud account, on the same day. Key Details: I only enrolled once. Both charges are labeled “Apple Developer Program”, exactly the same amount (2,299,000 ₫). The payments were made through the App Store, not via the website. My account on aninterestingwebsite.com/account still shows “Enroll Now” — meaning I haven't been activated yet. I have not received any welcome email either. My questions: Is it possible to request a refund for one of the charges, since both payments came from the same iCloud account and clearly refer to the same subscription? Has anyone else encountered this issue? How long did it take Apple to respond? Was your refund request approved? Should I wait for Apple to activate my account, or should I escalate the issue now? ELECTRIC CARS LTD Role: Account Holder Because of this issue: All App Store agreements show as expired Our app has been removed from the App Store We are currently unable to restore service to users We already opened a Developer Support ticket about a week ago, but have not received any response. This is causing business impact, and we cannot find any way to trigger the renewal flow. Has anyone experienced this issue before, where the Renew Membership button does not appear at all? I'm at my wit's end with Apple's ridiculous timeframes! They promise 2 days but then completely ghost you for weeks. Here I am, literally trying to give them my money and get things moving, but it's like hitting a brick wall over and over. I've tried everything - even set up a whole separate account - and what do I get? Just more 'pending' status. No updates, no explanations, just endless waiting. How is it possible for a trillion-dollar company to make something as simple as accepting payment so infuriatingly difficult?

Question: How is the exact date calculated for reverting to the standard commission rate? For example, if a developer’s proceeds exceed $1 million on April 20, 2025, when does the standard commission rate take effect? Specifically: Is the standard commission rate applied immediately on April 21, 2025? Does it take effect at the start of the next calendar month (May 2025)? The Timeline: Enrolled: Monday, March 23. Confirmation: Received the "2 business days to process" email. Current Status: My profile still says "Pending." The Issues: The portal gives me an option to "Complete enrollment by purchasing," even though I already did. Although the checkout showed "Success" at the time, no charge has appeared on my bank account yet. I’ve contacted Apple Support twice with no response so far. I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

I signed up for membership on Monday March 16th. It took my credit card info and put me in ‘Pending’ state. My cc was charges $99 but when I go back to my account it has a box for me to continue to signup for membership where it asks to charge my account again. I tried using the account support where it asks to with provider a phone number to call me or to send an email. I chose phone. It called me almost immediately but it was already in the middle of explaining options to select. And before I could get to my keypad it said that my time had expired. ‘Good Bye’. I went back to try again and saw a case id assigned. But it would not let me do another callback or email. Instead I got “Error processing your request”. I’ve tried for 3 hours trying to find another channel to get help. They have my money and I dont have membership. can anyone suggest where I go from here?

Hi all, I need help with registering for the Apple Developer Program. I tried to purchase the membership from the web but the payments kept failing. I used different cards on both Chrome and Safari but none of them worked. Then I downloaded the Apple Developer app but on my account, it said the enrolment is not available. I sent support tickets to Apple several times but got no replies so far. I am stuck and ran out of options. What else can I do to enrol into the Apple Developer Program so that I can start publishing my app? Why does Apple make it so difficult at this step? Thanks

I bought the developer program 2 weeks ago, have been charged, and still am pending and have not been accepted, or heard anything back. I have submitted 2 tickets, haven't heard anything either, as well as called and was told there's nothing I can do. Any tips for next steps? Or anything else I can do?

Bug submission: When I try to edit my developer profile on the Apple Developer account page, it won't save anything. Pressing the "Finish" button does nothing.

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue in the Apple Developer portal when trying to manage my App ID capabilities. Whenever I try to enable or disable a capability and click Save, the page shows the loading spinner but then nothing is saved. App ID: com.kangarli.lucary Team ID: (my Apple Developer account’s Team ID) Tested on different browsers (Safari, Chrome), cleared cache and cookies The issue affects all capabilities, not just Associated Domains Other sections of the Developer portal work normally Is this a known issue with the Developer portal, or is there any workaround?
