Stuck After Paying – “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement” Loop
Hi, I need help resolving an enrollment issue. When I log into my Apple Developer account on the website, I only see the message: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” After that, nothing else loads and I can’t continue. What I’ve tried: Paid the annual fee (it shows as charged). Logged in from iPhone (Developer app), Mac, Safari, and Chrome. Same error. Cleared cookies, tried private mode, and even changed my email. Contacted normal Apple Support (they couldn’t help). Tried to reach Developer Support but I can’t since I’m technically not enrolled. Other details: I can’t access App Store Connect. My Apple ID birthday is set to 15 October 2000. I’ve already accepted the Developer Agreement. Developer app shows an error whenever I try enrollment there. At this point, I’m stuck in a loop: Apple says I’ve already agreed, but my membership isn’t activated, and I can’t contact the right support channel.

Where is the Apple Developer Program and Support I have paid for?
Been trying to get into Developer Prgram since December 2025. And like many others, it seems the biggest tech company on the planet cannot streamline an enrollment program. Unless, it’s by design, to test your nerve? Anyways, I have now ended up paying twice, and still not even a squeak from support. There is no Developer Support phone number in South Africa, and mails go unanswered. How is this possible? $200 out of pocket, and nothing to show. Cannot even find a method for refunds. If there are steps to still follow or docs to submit, why take my money, then ask for more info?? But this black hole of SILENCE…. Now that skype is no longer, what other platform will allow me to call the US Support number from South Africa?

Cannot renew membership after expiration.
I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

Apple Developer Program enrollment completely stuck — no emails, no support
Hello! This is already my third post regarding this issue. I have been waiting for almost a month and have sent approximately 10 emails to Apple Developer Program Support. I have received no response at all — no updates, no explanations, and no assistance. What makes this situation particularly unacceptable is that Apple Support is clearly active and responding to similar enrollment issues in other forum threads. Seeing support help others while completely ignoring my case for an entire month is extremely frustrating and difficult to justify. This level of silence from Apple is not just disappointing — it reflects a serious breakdown in the enrollment support process.

Apple Developer enrollment stuck due to email verification code error
Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here has run into this before. I created an Apple Developer account and everything was working fine until Apple asked me to verify my work email address. The email is legitimate and matches my website domain. Apple did send me the verification email, and I received the code without any issue. However, when I entered the code, it repeatedly said the code was incorrect — even though I’m certain it was entered correctly. After a few attempts, I hit the limit and now see a message saying I’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts (3). I contacted Apple Developer Support through the developer site about a week ago but haven’t received any response yet. At this point: I can log into my Apple ID normally with no issues I cannot proceed with enrolling in the Apple Developer Program I can’t pay the fee or complete setup because the email verification step is blocked It’s been over a week since the lockout, and I’m not sure how to reset the verification or trigger a new code. Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how to get this resolved? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Developer account pending for more that 4 days
My developer account pending for more that 4 days. When I login to http://aninterestingwebsite.com, it show the following message: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple. Could anyone help to solve this problem?

Unable to verify my identity for Apple Developer account enrollment
Initially, I had some issues enrolling in the individual Apple developer program. Then, I contacted support via email, and they finally requested that I verify my identity. I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

Enrollment Pending – Payment "Successful" but no charge and no access
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has found a fix for a stuck Apple Developer enrollment. I recently joined my company and need to get our environment ready, but I’m hitting a wall. The Timeline: Enrolled: Monday, March 23. Confirmation: Received the "2 business days to process" email. Current Status: My profile still says "Pending." The Issues: The portal gives me an option to "Complete enrollment by purchasing," even though I already did. Although the checkout showed "Success" at the time, no charge has appeared on my bank account yet. I’ve contacted Apple Support twice with no response so far. I’ve seen others mentioning similar issues lately. Has anyone managed to bypass this "Pending" loop without double-paying? Should I just keep waiting, or is there a specific support channel that actually responds? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Membership renewal
Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

I'm encountering an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using the mobile app. Every time I attempt to proceed, I receive the following error message: "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue." I have verified my account information and followed all the necessary steps. I sent an email to Apple, but I haven’t received a response for several days. individual to an organization
Hello, it's been 3 weeks now since I started the process of migrating my individual profile to a company profile. However, I still haven't received any information, and despite contacting support multiple times, I haven't received a response. When I log into my profile, all I see is: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time."

Hi Apple team, I'm integrating Sign in with Apple on my website https://roomieqindia.com using a custom Node.js backend, and I'm consistently receiving this error: invalid_client My configuration: ✅ Service ID: com.roomieq.auth ✅ Team ID: 75XVX5RXMQ ✅ Key ID: (from Apple-generated .p8 key) ✅ Private Key: (.p8 key pasted correctly in backend) ✅ App ID Selected: com.roomieq.roomieq ✅ Domain Added: roomieqindia.com ✅ Return URL: https://roomieqindia.com ✅ Clicked Done → Continue → Save after configuration Behavior: When I open this URL directly in browser: https://appleid.apple.com/auth/authorize?client_id=com.roomieq.auth&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Froomieqindia.com&response_type=code%20id_token&scope=name%20email&response_mode=web_message&frame_id=ef13a755-75bb-4eef-8dd6-73bd75d6ede5&m=11&v=1.5.5 I get invalid_client. My backend uses apple-signin-auth Node.js package to: Generate the client secret (JWT) Exchange auth code for tokens Verify ID token Everything fails at step 1 because Apple doesn’t seem to recognize my Service ID as valid. What I Need: Can you please verify if: My Service ID ( com.roomieq.auth ) is fully active and recognized My App ID and Service ID are properly linked on Apple’s end There are any hidden issues with domain or return URL setup Let me know if I need to reset the Service ID or regenerate anything. Contact Us Page stuck with "Error:"
Navigating to the Contact Us website (https://aninterestingwebsite.com/contact/) results in an "Error:" showing at the top of the page. I cannot select options for starting a new issue or accessing recent ones - and sometimes nothing shows up on the page at all (attached screenshot). I've been trying to get in to request an expedited review since Thursday afternoon. I checked the System Status page and there are no reported issues. I am using Microsoft Edge and also logged in via Safari - still wasn't able to access the Contact Us issues.

My account holder access is blocked
The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

App Store Connect SOC 2 Report
Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report? Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from.
