While we do have multiple team admins on the account, none of them are able to accept the updated agreement. When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

I selected "Individual / Sole Proprietor" during enrollment, but I’m being redirected to an organization agreement with the message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Why is this happening, and how can I restart enrollment properly as an individual?

I’m the Account Holder for my organization, but when I try to open Membership Details, I get the following message: “Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement.” However, I am the Account Holder, and I’ve logged in with the correct Apple ID. Since then, I haven’t been able to access the Membership page or renew our developer program — even though I’ve tried many different ways (different browsers, devices, clearing cache, logging in/out, etc.). We're unable to renew our developer program with apple because there is no renew button shown to us, neither on the website, mac app nor ios app. We followed the instructions shown to us on the app connect page on how to renew it. but when where they're saying there should be a renew button, there is none or anywhere else. How are we suppose to renew? Raised this with a support ticket but haven't received any reply, case ID: 102733260138 How to get this resolved? We don't get any "phone call" option on the support page either.

I am posting here to express my significant concern regarding the excessive time my Apple Developer Program account application has been held under review. It has now been over a month. This application is for a non-profit church service app. I have provided every single piece of documentation requested—and then some. It honestly feels like I've submitted enough information that if they asked for the original blueprint of the church building, I could hand that over too. The entire process is currently stalled, preventing a service-oriented application from being deployed and ultimately hindering our outreach efforts. Has anyone else experienced a review period this long for a clear-cut non-profit application? More directly, to the Apple Developer Team: What is the current expected timeframe for approval, and why is this particular application still pending after more than 30 days, despite comprehensive documentation? This delay is beyond frustrating and needs an immediate resolution.

It’s very frustrating when in a feedback I specify that I cannot reliably reproduce it and the feedback gets closed with the message “Since this issue cannot be reproduced, this report has been closed”, e.g. FB18985938. Is Apple not interested in hearing about issues that cannot be reliably reproduced? Many issues unfortunately depend on a variety of factors and it’s often impossible for third-party developers or users to figure out how to reliably reproduce them. Usually these kind of issues get addressed by e.g. adding more logging so that the next time it happens it's easier to find out what's causing it. Then the last part of the message “Please file a new report with a sysdiagnose if you encounter this issue again” sounds like I’m being teased, because what use is a new sysdiagnose if I still cannot reproduce it reliably? It will just be closed like the last one. I created FB20595673 for this issue.

Hi I am a new self taught developer who is atm working on the backend of my app. My app successfully collects location of users and stores it to cloudkits public database. I now want to write a python script and run it on a local server on my windows terminal which fetches users who are in a certain proximity to each other so i can trigger a flow on the app. Can someone first of all tell me if this is even possible the way im attempting it. Also atm all i am doing is generating a server to server key which makes me generate a public and private key and i use the private key file eckey.pem plus key id plus container plus team ID to query the required data. but when i run it i get a 401 error (no authorization). I am so stumped as there arent many resources available to help direct me to the right path. Can someone please offer some help/insight/confidence. thanks alot

It's easy to notice that the background blur effect in the iOS 26 control center appears cheaper compared to the background blur in iOS 18. It's a pity that the uploaded images have to be compressed, making the differences less obvious in the preview. Besides this, iOS 26 still has many imperfections. For example, when long-pressing the Wi-Fi button, the pop-up Wi-Fi options do not have the liquid glass effect. Additionally, there is a brief color issue after closing this Wi-Fi menu. I'm not sure if the previous translations fully conveyed the message, but I sincerely hope Apple can temporarily reopen the signing verification for iOS 18 to allow users to downgrade. The current iOS 26 still has many unresolved bugs, and users do not want to use an unfinished system. Please, we are pleading for this.

On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?

Hello. I have already completed the renewal payment on Aug. 8 and the payment is currently in good standing. Please review my situation below: My app has been taken down due to membership expiration. I already renewed on Aug. 8, and the payment went through without issues. I cannot renew. Even when accessing with the owner account, the membership button does not appear — only four buttons (Tools and Resources, Profile, Emails, Agreements) are visible. If I press “Enroll today” as the only option, it moves to a screen saying “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” and I cannot enroll. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently developing a game streaming application using ReplayKit and Broadcast Upload Extension. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, APIs, or recommended techniques that could help me achieve this behavior correctly and within system limitations. Thank you in advance for your support. Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands. I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this. how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update.
