I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a frustrating delay with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate the issue. I had previously completed the enrollment process and was approved, but after opening the Apple Developer app on my iPad, the entire progress reset for some reason. I was forced to start the process again from scratch, including submitting all required documents. Last time, my documents were verified and approved within 7 days. However, this time, it’s been over a month since I submitted my documents and there's been no progress. I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they responded saying it would take an “undetermined amount of time,” without providing any explanation, timeline, or guidance. That’s extremely concerning, especially since I’ve already gone through this once before. This delay is affecting my ability to move forward with game releases and business plans. I’m more than willing to provide any additional documentation if needed, but I’m currently stuck with no idea what’s going on. Hello everyone, I’m starting to losing my hope to publish my application on App Store. Because I applied for apple developer membershi, and just waited for a few time, apple charged 99$ from me, and said wait up to 48 hours, I get a response that said that I need to pass my id documents, so I attached my documents in the given link, and again email said to me wait up to 48 hours, this email I got a week ago, and still no response from them. I opened 3 tickets in support, and still no reply. Probably I could call them but unfortunately I can’t, because I live in Belarus, and we don’t have any official apple calling support, so Im very upset with it. Even if there’s some problems with the country where I live, why just don’t give me a rejection and dont charge money from me? Yesterday I paid for my developer account the way I pay for Apple Music and iCloud every month. I received an email that the payment was successful. But my account still looks unpaid. Now if I try to click the renew active button in the Developer app I get a message that my developer account is already subscribed. Last time I was told in technical support that the payment was made for another developer account, but I paid for my account while logged in with my apple id. I ask you to resolve this issue so that my account becomes active.

Hi everyone, I made a mistake when submitting my first app and accidentally set my developer name as the app name instead of my business name. Now all my apps show the wrong developer name on the App Store. Apple support said it can't be changed after the first app, but I've seen some posts mentioning people got it changed through support. Has anyone successfully changed their developer name after initial setup? Is closing the account and starting fresh the only real option? Really don't want to lose my app's reviews and ratings. When sending information about the update to the APNs service, PKPASS is updated, but the push notification is not shown on the device. On the device, all tooltypes are set to receive the update. After I completed the payment, I didn’t proceed with enrollment immediately. Later, my developer attempted to enroll on my behalf, but he mistakenly submitted his own personal information instead of mine. Now, whenever we try to enroll, we keep encountering errors. I believe this is due to the incorrect identity information that was submitted earlier. I would like to update the enrollment details with my correct personal information so I can complete the process properly. However, I’m unable to find an option to edit or reset the information already submitted. My questions are: How can I change the identity information that was previously submitted? Hi to whom it may concern, My company has hired an outsource to help us in developing our mobile app. But the person haven't received any invitation email to create developer account for their email company domain. The outsource company has checked with their infra team, either the invitation email was blocked, but it wasn't. Is there any solution for this? as summary my current company is inviting an outsource that used their company email to create developer account. but the email hasn't reached their end.

Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? We are facing an issue with creating a developer account for our organisation on the App Store. Apple mentions that there was already an account with this entity whose membership got terminated 4 years back and they can't create another one. We don't have any idea who created that account. It was created and terminated before we got our DUNS number. Despite us submitting proofs that me and my partner are the authorised person for this organisation and creating a case multiple times, we have made no progress on this. How can we escalate this and ensure someone from team actually looks at our case carefully?

I paid for the Apple Developer Program about a week and a half ago—the payment was processed, but I haven't seen any results or confirmation. They asked me to submit ID documents, so I sent a photo of my passport. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. We registered an Apple Account and started the enrollment as company. Entered DUNS number and everything. Afterwards we got the mail, there is somthing suspicous, we have to reply to germandev@ why we want to be registered. We found out, that we had a student once who started developing an app and registered themselves with company details. This account seems to be closed, but anyhow, it is mixed now. I tried to write several times to germandev@ team, but we don't get any reply for weeks. Who else can help us? Some phone number? Thanks

Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

I bought the membership almost 2 days ago and have heard no response since. Is this normal and how long can i expect to wait. I need this urgently.
