URGENT: App Store Migration Blocked 14+ Days Due to a new build Error — Need Pause to Upload New Build
Hello Apple Developer Support and Community, RE: #102631841612 I am currently stuck in App Store migration hell. My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap. I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success. This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again. Please, if anyone from Apple Developer Support or the community has advice, contact, or workaround to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. I am including screenshots of the error (without sensitive info) below. Thank you for your urgent attention.

No response from Apple Developer Support after 1 week (Case ID: 102818054039)
Hello everyone, I’m posting here to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or can advise on next steps. I submitted a support request to Apple Developer Support over a week ago and received the automated confirmation, but I haven’t received any follow-up or response yet. Case ID: 102818054039 I’ve already been charged USD 99.00 for the Apple Developer Program, and the payment was successful. Below are some of the relevant details for reference: Product: Apple Developer Program Invoice Number: MC47999846 Invoice Date: January 29, 2026 Web Order Number: D004733307 Sales Order Number: AER8645015 At this point, I’m just looking for a status update or guidance on what to do next. Cannot renew Apple Developer membership - there is no Renew button
My Apple Developer membership has expired and as a result I can't publish app updates and my app is no longer visible on the App Store. I'm trying my best to renew my membership, but there is no "Renew" button where it should be, as reported by multiple sources from Apple. I've tried web, the Developer on macOS, the Developer app on iOS, but there is nowhere a "Renew" button to be found. If I login with another (old) account I can see the renew button where there is none on my other account. I've contacted Apple Developer support, but they are not responding. Seems like I'm stuck. Does anyone have experience with this particular problem? How did you solve this problem?

Developer Account Approval
Hello everyone, I’m posting here to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or can advise on next steps. I applied to the developer program under sole proprieter and received this notice: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." I submitted two support requests to Apple Developer Support over a week ago and received the automated confirmation, but I haven’t received any follow-up or response yet. I tried calling various numbers at Apple, but am unable to get in contact with the department whatsoever. Case ID: 20000105546663 At this point, I’m just looking for a status update or guidance on what to do next. If anyone has suggestions on how to get a response from Apple Developer Support, or get in contact with them in any way, let me know.. Thanks in advance for any help.

Developers Need Some Answers
Whats the deal with apple taking money from people for a developer account and doing nothing about it. There's a growing number of users waiting weeks and some over a month who have paid for a developer account and are not receiving what they paid for. When trying to reach out to Apple they are ignored and never answered. Some would label this theft or fraud. Whats going on?

Testing Significant Location Change
We are currently developing a research-based iOS application that relies heavily on background capabilities, specifically Significant Location Change. We are using CLLocationManager.startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges(). During development, when using Debug → Simulate Location in Xcode, we receive a location update only once. Subsequent simulated location changes do not trigger additional callbacks, which makes testing and development quite cumbersome. Are there any tools, commands, or workflows (e.g., via Xcode, Instruments, or system-level simulation) to reliably simulate multiple significant location change callbacks for testing purposes? If there aren't such tools, how do I test this behaviour reliably, robustly and rigidly?

Apple Developer Program: Payment confirmed, account stuck on “Pending” / “Enroll Now”
Hi, On Jan 23 I purchased the Apple Developer Program membership via the Apple Developer app on iPhone. The payment went through successfully and I received the confirmation email and invoice. However, when I sign in to aninterestingwebsite.com, my account still shows “Pending” and redirects me to “Purchase your membership / Complete your purchase”, asking me to pay again. My Apple ID subscriptions page shows the Developer membership as active (with an end date), but: Developer portal: Pending, prompts to purchase again Apple Developer app (Account screen): still shows Enroll Now / membership not active The web flow displays an Enrollment ID (I can share masked) What I’ve tried: Confirmed I’m using the same Apple ID everywhere Signed out, cleared cookies, tried private/incognito browser Waited well beyond 48 hours (it’s been ~1 week) I do not want to pay twice. This looks like a duplicate/unfinished enrollment or the paid membership not being properly attached/activated for my Apple ID. Has anyone experienced this and found a workaround? Any advice on the fastest way to get Apple to attach/activate the paid membership and close the pending enrollment? Thanks.

Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for 12 Days
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, I’m reaching out for help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. It’s been 12 days since I submitted all the required documents (photo ID, business verification, and company registration documents. I also replied to the email as instructed. Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. The status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed." This delay is now affecting my business operations and launch timelines. I’ve done everything required—uploaded all documents, responded to support emails—but no progress or updates. Has anyone experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this? I tried many times, I tried at least 7 cards. But I couldn't manage to pay. Please help me, apple support did not get back to all 4 of my tickets. •••**** We could not receive confirmation for the payment you wanted to make with your card. Developer account payment issue
Im having trouble paying for my new developer account and it seems its been an ongoing issue for new enrollments. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you manage to resolve it? I keep getting "Your payment authorisation failed on card. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I tried different cards, called my bank, tried on safari, tried on the app and been back and forth with support for a couple of weeks no with no solution. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

After the payment, I received this email:"Thank you for joining the Apple Developer Program. You can now take advantage of membership benefits to create and distribute innovative apps. Learn how to get started. To manage your account, sign in to Member Center."If I sign in to Member Center, I am sent to https://aninterestingwebsite.com/register/error/"You've already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to Member Center or sign out"."Continue to Member Center" gives the same pages, I can only sign out.What's the matter?

Payment charged but Apple Developer Program not activated (no confirmation email)
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid for the membership through the Apple Developer app on my iPhone on January 20, 2025. The membership fee was successfully charged to my debit card. However, I never received any confirmation email, invoice, or receipt for the payment, and the subscription does NOT appear under my Apple ID subscriptions. As of today, my developer account is still not active, and I’m seeing inconsistent information across platforms: In the Apple Developer app, I now see a message saying that I can’t enroll with this account, even though the payment was charged. On the aninterestingwebsite.com website, it says that I still need to purchase the membership. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support via email, but I haven’t received any response yet. Has anyone experienced a similar issue where: The membership fee was charged, No confirmation or receipt email was received, The subscription does not appear in the Apple ID, And the developer account remains inactive? Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

for over 2 months, I have peen trying to purchase apple developer account, I have submitted duns number, they also requested other verification details which I have submitted over 2 months, and I have tried chatting apple support and they keep telling me it under review for more than 2 months, currently they are not replying my chat

Can't create identifier under Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles
Plus button is not showing to create a new identifier. Tried Windows+Firefox, Windows+Chrome, Mac+Chrome and Mac+Safari. With none of those combinations I've been able to see the button.
