App Review Issue
It has been approximately three weeks since we submitted our app for review via App Store Connect, but it remains "In Review" and the review process has not been completed. For this reason, we also requested an expedited app review to the App Review Team last week. Will the review proceed if we simply wait? Is there any way to check the detailed status of this app review?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment PROBLEM
Hello, I'm having a serious problem registering for the Apple Developer Program, and I can't resolve it. I applied over two weeks ago, but I still haven't received an activation email. I've also tried using different credit cards, suspecting there might be a problem with my payment method. The main issues are as follows: My order/registration remains in the "processing" status, I haven't received an activation email, Apple Developer Program support isn't responding. I've already sent over seven emails to support, but haven't received any response or updates. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation?

BLE Peripherals streaming speeds are significantly slowed with new hardware (iPhone 17, iPad A16)
Hi, we have developed an application that streams data from two BLE peripherals at a rate of 14.5kbps per peripheral. Until now, our devices streamed in near real time with no lag on all Apple devices with Bluetooth 5.0 or greater. Since the release of the iPhone 17 series and the iPad A16, we have reports from users of the data being streamed at significantly lower rates than expected. Any help here would be greatly appreciated as our customers are being affected by this change.

AXSpeech Thread Crash SEGV_ACCERR
Hi everyone, I've encountered a rare and strange crash in my app that I can't consistently reproduce. The crash seems to occur deep within Apple's internal frameworks, and I can't pinpoint which line of my own code is causing it. Here's the crash stack trace: #44 AXSpeech SIGSEGV SEGV_ACCERR 0 CoreFoundation ___CFCheckCFInfoPACSignature + 4 1 CoreFoundation _CFRunLoopSourceSignal + 28 2 Foundation _performQueueDequeue + 492 3 Foundation ___NSThreadPerformPerform + 88 4 CoreFoundation ___CFRUNLOOP_IS_CALLING_OUT_TO_A_SOURCE0_PERFORM_FUNCTION__ + 28 5 CoreFoundation ___CFRunLoopDoSource0 + 176 6 CoreFoundation ___CFRunLoopDoSources0 + 340 7 CoreFoundation ___CFRunLoopRun + 828 8 CoreFoundation _CFRunLoopRunSpecific + 608 9 Foundation -[NSRunLoop(NSRunLoop) runMode:beforeDate:] + 212 10 TextToSpeech _TTSCFAttributedStringCreateStringByBracketingAttributeWithString + 776 11 Foundation ___NSThread__start__ + 732 12 libsystem_pthread.dylib __pthread_start + 136 Sometimes, instead of line 10 referencing _TTSCFAttributedStringCreateStringByBracketingAttributeWithString, it shows: 10 TextToSpeech LogWarning(char const*, ...) + 7288 Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know what might be triggering this crash? 13 days in "Waiting for Review" – is this normal now?
Submitted my app update 13 days ago. Status hasn't changed from "Waiting for Review" even once. Not a single message from Apple. I know reviews can take time, but 13 days stuck in waiting queue feels extreme for a minor bug fix update. Usually takes 1-2 days for me. Anyone else seeing these wait times lately? Should I do something or just keep waiting? Getting worried something is wrong with my submission.

Unable to Download Apps via TestFlight - "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" Error
Hi everyone I recently build an app and deployed it through app store connect and testet it on TestFlight. Everything worked fine up until build 1.0.3. Since then I have not been able to install the app on my phone through TestFlight - even though build and submission runs through successfully on eas, expo and app store. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the TestFlight from my phone. removing and adding back myself as tester. checking logs and commits from the shift from build 1.0.3 to build 1.0.4. I can see I changed "name" and "slug", so I tried removing the app from app store connect and added a new one with new build and submission. Ran through successfully but still could not install the app through TestFlight on my iPhone. I have also tried reaching out to Apple Developer Support, but I have not heard from them. Has anyone tried something similar?

My app doesn't respond on iPhone Air iOS 26.1.
My app doesn't respond on iPhone Air iOS 26.1. After startup, my app shows the main view with a tab bar controller containing 4 navigation controllers. However, when a second-level view controller is pushed onto any navigation controller, the UI freezes and becomes unresponsive. The iPhone simulator running iOS 26.1 exhibits the same problem. The debug profile shows CPU usage at 100%. However, other devices and simulators do not have this problem.

Universal Links and Cloud-testing platforms
Hi Apple Developer Support, We are reaching out to request guidance on a testing constraint we have encountered related to iOS Universal Links and Associated Domains entitlements. As part of aligning with updated recommendations from our authentication provider, we have transitioned our mobile apps to use HTTPS redirect callbacks (Universal Links) instead of custom URI schemes. This works as expected in production and on real physical devices. However, we are encountering a significant issue in our cloud-based device testing environment. When our testing platform re-signs the app to run it on their infrastructure, the re-signing process strips the Associated Domains entitlement from the app bundle. As a result, iOS no longer honors our Universal Links, which breaks the authentication redirect flow — the callback cannot route back into the app after the user authenticates. We have identified a potential workaround that would involve disabling app re-signing in the testing platform, but this requires provisioning under an Apple Enterprise Developer account. This introduces considerable operational complexity, as it would require us to maintain separate signing and distribution paths alongside our existing Apple Developer Program membership. Before pursuing that path, we wanted to understand Apple's perspective on the following: Is there a supported or recommended approach for preserving Associated Domains entitlements when an app is re-signed by a third party (e.g., a cloud testing platform)? Are there any provisioning or entitlement configurations that would allow Universal Links to function correctly in re-signed builds without requiring an Enterprise Developer account? Does Apple have documented best practices for validating Universal Link–based flows in automated or cloud-based testing environments? Are there any alternative deep linking patterns that would be more resilient to re-signing while still meeting App Store and platform security requirements? Any guidance or recommendations from Apple on how to handle this within the bounds of the standard Apple Developer Program would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Developer app on the Mac doesn't play videos in full screen
Hi, Problem When playing videos on the Developer app on the Mac, there is no full screen button for the video. So it is not possible to play the video in full screen. Note I am not referring to the app going into full screen, the issue is with there is no option to play the video in full screen. Environment OS: macOS 26.2 (25C56) Developer app: Version 10.8.3 (1083.3.1) Feedback FB21343934 Recording Question Are others also facing this issue? Is there a workaround? Suggestion This seems to be recurring problem that seems get broken with app / OS releases. Please write some UI tests to ensure the full screen button is present. Would really appreciate if this gets fixed.

NSProgress - way to publish progress to make the file url unselectable in Finder?
So I'm in the middle of an asynchronous file operation. I publish an NSProgress and it displays wonderfully in Finder. But it is a folder and while the operation is in progress the user should not be allowed to enter it, modify it, etc, while the work is being done. I want to do this to protect the user from doing something silly. But Finder does not prevent the selection with the published progress. And while it would be kind of dumb to do - the user can just go about adding/removing contents to the folder while it has progress. If I remember correctly publishing an NSProgress did use to prevent the file from being selectable in Finder until either the progress finished or my app is quit (or maybe not)? But now the user is free to select, edit, modify during progress which could cause problems if the user does something unexpectedly silly. Is there a way to mark the file 'unselectable' with the published progress? Thanks in advance.

No contact from Support and No Review (5 Months Now)
My investors are losing their minds. We’ve had our app available on Google since late December, but our experience with Apple has been a nightmare. First, despite paying the developer fee, nobody responds to emails or reaches out. The one time we got Apple on the phone, we spoke to someone who said she was in charge of the testing team reviewing our app. The call was frustrating—she didn’t seem familiar with basic app testing for a location-based product (for example, how to emulate a different location), and it left us feeling helpless. The technical ability of the testing process has been shocking. We spent a month just trying to get reviewers to understand the basic app concepts. Our app also isn’t available in the United States, which seemed to confuse the review team. We’ve been able to address feedback quickly—sometimes within an hour—yet here we are nearly five months later still stuck. Right now we are averaging about a week at best to two weeks. Our app works; we know this because it’s been live for over five months on Google. We are not some AI slop app—this is a startup built by a team of people and private capital—and we can’t be taken seriously by anyone under these conditions. What do we do? What do we pay you for? What do I tell my investors? How do we get in contact with someone who can actually help? HOW DO WE GET REAL TESTERS?????

Does SubscriptionStoreView .storeButton(for:.policies) work?
I've added .storeButton(.visible, for:.policies) to my SubscriptionStoreView, and the buttons do appear, but when I tap on them I get a sheet that just says "Terms of Service Unavailable / Somethng went wrong. Try Again.". (similar for Privacy Policy). Is this expected in development? Will these start working correctly in production? (and, more importantly, in App Review?) The docs say that these use the values (i.e. URLs) set in App Store Connect, but that I can override those. This is a new app. Is that wrong, do I need to set the URLs explicitly? Edited to add: the console reports: Failed to fetch terms of service and privacy policy: Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1011 "(null)"

Family Controls Entitlement NOT applied to App Extensions (and Support Form is broken)
Hello, I am facing a critical issue where the Family Controls (Distribution) entitlement is not being applied to my app extensions, despite the main app ID being approved. Main App ID: com.hayashikento.focuspact (Approved on March 13) Extension ID 1: com.hayashikento.focuspact.ShieldActionExtension (Pending/Not visible) Extension ID 2: com.hayashikento.focuspact.ShieldConfigurationExtension (Pending/Not visible) I have submitted requests multiple times, but the entitlement does not appear in the "Capability Requests" for these extensions in the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal. Furthermore, I am unable to contact Developer Support because the "Contact Us" form on the developer website consistently shows a "Request error" or freezes on the submission page. Since I am completely blocked from TestFlight distribution, could someone from Apple please look into my account (Team ID: UHG4J7F7NH) and manually sync these entitlements? Thank you for your help.

App stuck in review for over 6 weeks – no response from App Review
Hello, I’m posting here because I’m experiencing a very unusual issue with the App Store review process and haven’t been able to resolve it through normal support channels. Our app has been waiting in App Review for over 6 weeks, which is far beyond the normal review timeframe. During this period, I contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times and even submitted an expedited review request, but the situation has not progressed. Some of my inquiries have unfortunately received no response, and the app remains stuck in review without any explanation. This delay is now causing serious operational and financial impact for our small development business. We had updates and marketing plans scheduled around this release, but the prolonged review status is preventing us from moving forward. I fully understand that review times can vary, but a 6+ week delay without any status update or communication seems highly abnormal. If any Apple staff or experienced developers have encountered a similar situation, I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this or escalate it properly. Thank you for any help or advice.

Zoom navigation transitions for tabViewBottomAccessory are not working in SwiftUI with ObservableObject or Observable
The zoom navigation transition with matchedTransitionSource in tabViewBottomAccessory does not work when a Published var in an ObservableObjector Observable gets changed. Here is an minimal reproducible example with ObservableObject: import SwiftUI import Combine private final class ViewModel: ObservableObject { @Published var isPresented = false } struct ContentView: View { @Namespace private var namespace @StateObject private var viewModel = ViewModel() // @State private var isPresented = false var body: some View { TabView { Button { viewModel.isPresented = true } label: { Text("Start") } .tabItem { Image(systemName: "house") Text("Home") } Text("Search") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "magnifyingglass") Text("Search") } Text("Profile") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "person") Text("Profile") } } .sheet(isPresented: $viewModel.isPresented) { Text("Sheet") .presentationDragIndicator(.visible) .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace)) } .tabViewBottomAccessory { Button { viewModel.isPresented = true } label: { Text("BottomAccessory") } .matchedTransitionSource(id: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace) } } } However, when using only a State property everything works: import SwiftUI import Combine private final class ViewModel: ObservableObject { @Published var isPresented = false } struct ContentView: View { @Namespace private var namespace // @StateObject private var viewModel = ViewModel() @State private var isPresented = false var body: some View { TabView { Button { isPresented = true } label: { Text("Start") } .tabItem { Image(systemName: "house") Text("Home") } Text("Search") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "magnifyingglass") Text("Search") } Text("Profile") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "person") Text("Profile") } } .sheet(isPresented: $isPresented) { Text("Sheet") .presentationDragIndicator(.visible) .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace)) } .tabViewBottomAccessory { Button { isPresented = true } label: { Text("BottomAccessory") } .matchedTransitionSource(id: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace) } } }

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since Feb 20 – no response to support ticket
Hello everyone, My app has been in "Waiting for Review" status since February 20, and it still hasn’t moved to the review stage yet. On March 9, I submitted a support ticket asking whether there might be any issue with my submission or if additional information is required from my side. However, I have not received any response from Apple so far. At this point, I’m not sure if I should continue waiting or if there is anything else I should do to resolve the situation. App ID: 6759365919 Ticket ID: 102839874589 If anyone has experienced a similar situation or if an Apple staff member could help check the status, I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

macOS Tahoe 26.4 Beta 4: Rosetta deprecation warning not shown — bug or intended behavior?
According to the release notes for macOS Tahoe 26.4 beta, a warning dialog should appear when launching apps that require Rosetta 2, informing users that these apps will stop working in a future macOS release. However, on my MacBook Air M1 running Tahoe 26.4 Beta 4 (25E5233c), no such warning appears when launching Intel (x86_64) apps. Test case: VLC media player Downloaded from the official VLC website: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/ Selected the Intel 64-bit version (vlc-3.0.21-intel64.dmg) Copied VLC.app to /Applications Code signature verified: Identifier: org.videolan.vlc Format: Mach-O thin (x86_64) Team ID: 75GAHG3SZQ Timestamp: June 2024 Flags: hardened runtime Notarization: accepted (Notarized Developer ID) spctl --assess --verbose /Applications/VLC.app → accepted, source=Notarized Developer ID Launched VLC.app — no Rosetta deprecation warning appeared System log findings: The following entry was repeated many times in the system log: Sandbox: oahd-helper deny(1) file-read-data /usr/libexec/rosetta/oahd-helper This suggests that oahd-helper is being blocked by the Sandbox from reading its own binary, which may be preventing the warning dialog from appearing. My questions: Is this a known bug in Beta 4? Does the absence of a warning mean the app will continue to work in macOS 28 and beyond? Should I file a Feedback report for this? Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you. Environment: Device: MacBook Air 2020 M1 OS: macOS Tahoe 26.4 Beta 4 (25E5233c) Test app: VLC 3.0.21 Intel 64-bit (org.videolan.vlc, Team ID: 75GAHG3SZQ) Source: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/

The zoom navigation transition with matchedTransitionSource in tabViewBottomAccessory does not work when a Published var in an ObservableObjector Observable gets changed. Here is an minimal reproducible example with ObservableObject: import SwiftUI import Combine private final class ViewModel: ObservableObject { @Published var isPresented = false } struct ContentView: View { @Namespace private var namespace @StateObject private var viewModel = ViewModel() // @State private var isPresented = false var body: some View { TabView { Button { viewModel.isPresented = true } label: { Text("Start") } .tabItem { Image(systemName: "house") Text("Home") } Text("Search") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "magnifyingglass") Text("Search") } Text("Profile") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "person") Text("Profile") } } .sheet(isPresented: $viewModel.isPresented) { Text("Sheet") .presentationDragIndicator(.visible) .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace)) } .tabViewBottomAccessory { Button { viewModel.isPresented = true } label: { Text("BottomAccessory") } .matchedTransitionSource(id: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace) } } } However, when using only a State property everything works: import SwiftUI import Combine private final class ViewModel: ObservableObject { @Published var isPresented = false } struct ContentView: View { @Namespace private var namespace // @StateObject private var viewModel = ViewModel() @State private var isPresented = false var body: some View { TabView { Button { isPresented = true } label: { Text("Start") } .tabItem { Image(systemName: "house") Text("Home") } Text("Search") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "magnifyingglass") Text("Search") } Text("Profile") .tabItem { Image(systemName: "person") Text("Profile") } } .sheet(isPresented: $isPresented) { Text("Sheet") .presentationDragIndicator(.visible) .navigationTransition(.zoom(sourceID: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace)) } .tabViewBottomAccessory { Button { isPresented = true } label: { Text("BottomAccessory") } .matchedTransitionSource(id: "tabViewBottomAccessoryTransition", in: namespace) } } }
