Organization: Bedrock Residences Limited Apple ID: Temitope Moronkeji Case ID: 102844508761 Enrollment ID 333LLR3M2M Issue started: March 14, 2026 What happened: I enrolled Bedrock Residences Limited in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. I have completed the $99 payment twice. Both times I received the purchase acknowledgement email confirming the order. Neither time did I receive the membership confirmation email. My account has remained on Pending status for over 10 days. What I have tried: Contacted Apple Developer Support via email on March 14 and March 20 Zero response on both occasions The support portal will not allow me to reply to or update Case ID 102844508761 The "Get More Help" option on the support page does not allow me to submit a new request Current status: Account shows Pending "Complete your purchase" prompt still appears despite two completed payments No access to App Store Connect No membership confirmation email received on either attempt Two $99 charges on my card with nothing to show for it This is blocking an active iOS app launch for our organization. My parent app was approved as com.hayashikento.FocusPact (Capitalized), but I accidentally requested the Configuration Extension with a lowercase ID (com.hayashikento.focuspact...). This causes a "Prefix Mismatch" error in Xcode, preventing me from archiving the app. To fix this, I have just submitted a new entitlement request with the corrected capitalized ID: com.hayashikento.FocusPact.ShieldConfigurationExtension Since the core functionality was already approved under the lowercase ID, could you please expedite the approval for this capitalized version? I signed up for the Developer Account Program, but I keep getting a message that my registration is under review. Obviously, I haven't paid yet because I couldn't find a link to pay the $99 when I signed up. I've sent two emails for support, but I haven't received a response. My sister paid for my Apple developer account with her credit card on the 12th of March, 2026. Apple promised to work on the account within 48 hours. Its been 11 days now and nothing from Apple. I even semt a support request email which was supposed to be responded to within 48 hours too, but nothing after days. Its quiet disappointing that it takes this long to verify a service I'm paying for. Google charges 25 dollars and still managed to activate a developers account almost immediately. Yet, 99 USD with apple amd this delay is what I get. This is wrong Please help review my account and activate my profile Thank you

Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and placed the $99 order. Shortly after, I received the email saying: “Thank you for your order. Your order request will be processed within 2 business days.” However, it has now been over two weeks and my membership has still not been activated. I also contacted Apple Developer Support about a week ago through the contact form, but unfortunately I have not received any reply so far. When I visit aninterestingwebsite.com, I still see the page prompting me to complete or place the order, even though I already placed it and received the confirmation email. Hello, I'm working in the team with 70 i(Pad)OS test devices running 24/7, and 40 of them are iOS 18 or 26. The problem is: for enterprise apps to be tested (signed with ADEP inhouse profile) the devices over iOS 18 require Enterprise App developers to be allowed at least once with physical control on-device after reboot, which is quite burdensome because we put all the devices in the restricted area, supposed to be used from the remote. Devices are logged into Apple ID for the prevention of Activation Lock but no preparation nor management via MDM over Apple Configurator 2. Is there any binary, tool, app that can check (letting us allow devices for those developers would be even better) if the Enterprise App developer(s) are allowed for the device via terminal or VNC?

Hello, I received an email on January 1st, 2026, regarding the Ireland VAT questionnaire with a deadline of April 1, 2026. The email instructs me to provide my VAT registration number or indicate non-registered status by clicking "Ireland Tax Questionnaire" or "Add Tax Info" in the Tax Forms section of App Store Connect. However, I cannot find this option in my account. When I go to the Business section and Tax Forms, I only see: US tax forms (already completed) Options to add tax forms for Brazil, Mexico, and Taiwan There is no Ireland Tax Questionnaire or option to add Ireland tax information. My legal entity is registered in Bulgaria, not Ireland. Could you please clarify: Do I need to complete the Ireland Tax Questionnaire given that my business is based in Bulgaria? I represent a business who is trying to enroll into the Apple Developer Program. We already have a business account with Apple. Through our business account I have signed up for and provided all of the requested documentation for the Apple Developer Program. I am not the owner of the business, but I am qualified to take these actions on behalf of the business. The enrollment is pending verification since Friday. Just curious if there is anything I can do to move this along? Thank you.

I received an Apple Developer team invitation, but when I click the link, it redirects me to create an Apple ID. After filling details and clicking Continue, nothing happens and the button gets disabled. Has anyone faced this issue? Any workaround?

I submitted an Expedited Review Request for both apps and received Apple's confirmation: "We'll expedite review for BookAstors / Admin BookAstors." However, even after the expedited request was accepted, neither app has moved from "Waiting for Review" to "In Review". Has anyone experienced such long delays in 2026 even after an expedited review was approved? How long did it eventually take to move forward? I have a question regarding Platform SSO and the use of Secure Enclave–backed keys with biometric policies. If we configure userSecureEnclaveKeyBiometricPolicy with userSecureEnclaveKey, my understanding is that the Secure Enclave key is protected by biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID / Touch ID). In this setup, during a login request that also refreshes the id_token and refresh_token, the assertion is signed using the userSecureEnclaveKey. My question is: Will this signing operation trigger a biometric prompt every time the assertion is generated (i.e., during login/token refresh) ?
