statusCode 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization" - no response from support for days
My Team (ID: 3TMU292P34) has been unable to notarize any macOS software. Every submission is immediately rejected with statusCode 7000: "Team is not yet configured for notarization." This is not a code-signing or technical issue: Developer ID Application certificate is valid (expires 2027-02-02) Code signing and hardened runtime are correctly configured Uploads succeed, but Apple's backend rejects them instantly Both Apple ID auth and App Store Connect API Key auth produce identical results A minimal "hello world" test app also fails — confirming this is account-level, not app-level Submission IDs: 71753924-276a-4b77-be77-4355ff21ab72, 53a990af-45e1-4164-bfa4-2b60e09a3a1d I have contacted Developer Programs Support multiple times with no resolution. Could someone help escalate this?

Every Unity project with ARKit doesn't open in Testflight
Even when making a completely fresh Unity project, if I include ARKit and upload it to testflight, when I open it on my ipad it says 'Couldn't Load App'. If I don't include testflight the app opens fine. If I build the app directly to my ipad the app works fine. It opens if I set ARKit to 'optional' but then the AR doesn't work. I have included a camera and location usage description so it's not that. Really not sure what's going on, any help would be massively appreciated!

StoreKit sandbox consumable purchase returns restored on second purchase instead of completing a new purchase
I am testing a consumable in-app purchase in the StoreKit sandbox and I am seeing behavior that does not seem correct on repeat purchase attempts. Product details Product ID: album.credit.v2 Type: Consumable Test environment: iOS device + StoreKit sandbox Purchase flow triggered from my Flutter app using Apple IAP What happens First purchase attempt works My backend receives the confirmation The album is granted correctly On the second purchase attempt of the same consumable, I do not get a normal new purchase flow Instead, StoreKit returns the product as restored My app then cancels the attempt because a restored transaction arrived during checkout Expected behavior Because this product is a consumable, each purchase attempt should behave like a new purchase and allow the user to buy it again. Actual behavior On the second attempt, the transaction update comes back as restored instead of a new successful consumable purchase. Relevant logs First successful purchase: [ProPurchasePage] ✅ Pay tapped. starting=false iap=true albumProd=album.credit.v2 proProd=pro.monthly [IAP] update: id=album.credit.v2 status=PurchaseStatus.restored pendingComplete=false err=null [IAP] expected=album.credit.v2 starting=true appleFlow=true [ProPurchasePage] album credit success status=PurchaseStatus.restored receiptLen=5334 [AppleIapService] Sending Apple IAP confirmation for albumId=ariie_west_pretty_girl_summer, buyerUid=PYjgu9TMCieCVDLIdTuawY5k4Ay2 [AppleIapService] appleIapConfirm response status: 200 [AppleIapService] appleIapConfirm applied for albumId=ariie_west_pretty_girl_summer buyerUid=PYjgu9TMCieCVDLIdTuawY5k4Ay2 After that, the purchase is written correctly on my side: "libraryAlbums": [ { "AlbumId": "ariie_west_pretty_girl_summer", "paid": true, "Quantity": 1 } ] Second and later attempts: [ProPurchasePage] ✅ Pay tapped. starting=false iap=true albumProd=album.credit.v2 proProd=pro.monthly [ProPurchasePage] buyConsumable (album.credit.v2) returned: true [IAP] update: id=album.credit.v2 status=PurchaseStatus.restored pendingComplete=false err=null [IAP] expected=album.credit.v2 starting=true appleFlow=true [IAP] restored arrived during album checkout — cancelling attempt Question Is this expected StoreKit sandbox behavior for a consumable, or does this suggest: a StoreKit sandbox issue, a problem with how the product is configured in App Store Connect, or a transaction-handling issue in the app/plugin layer? Also, is there any Apple-recommended handling for repeated consumable purchases when sandbox keeps surfacing a restored status?

presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet Not showing product icon
Hi - Using storekit2 on ios26.2 and using presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet to allow users to leverage Offer Codes. The codes work (sandbox and production), however on the confirmation view that shows Redeem Special Offer, while my App Icon is properly displayed up top, the associated product subscription image is missing and I see a grey App Store image/icon instead. I do successfully see the associated subscription and pricing to the right. My subscription product images are already reviewed/approved and have been live for a number of weeks. I see this in Sandbox and Production (with a live customer sending me the phone screenshot). PS, my product icons/logos all show up successfully during normal checkout in sandbox/production, this only occurs on Offer Code Redemption views.

Delete the published App Clip link
My app has been released, and there is an "App Clip" link available in the advanced experience. Could someone please tell me if there is a way for me to modify or delete this link? (I'm not looking to deactivate the link; I just want to remove it so that other apps can use it.) If I remove the already published APP, can I also delete this link?

CarPlay: CPListImageRowItem images and CPNowPlayingTemplate buttons occasionally not displaying (requires device reboot)
Device: iPhone 17 Pro Max iOS version: iOS 26.3 CarPlay type: Wired We are encountering two intermittent UI issues in CarPlay when running our music application. The problems occur occasionally and cannot be recovered without restarting the device. Issue 1: CPListImageRowItem image not displaying On the CarPlay home page, some images occasionally fail to appear. Implementation details: The list is updated using CPListTemplate.updateSections. Each item is a CPListImageRowItem. On iOS versions below 26, images are updated using updateImages. On iOS 26, images are provided through CPListImageRowItem.elements, where each element is a CPListImageRowItemRowElement. Observed behavior: Logs confirm that the data is correctly provided. However, in failing cases the CPListImageRowItemRowElement appears with both title and subtitle equal to nil. The image is not rendered in the UI even though the item exists. Issue 2: Now Playing bottom buttons occasionally missing On the Now Playing screen, the bottom control buttons sometimes fail to appear. Implementation details: Buttons are updated using CPNowPlayingTemplate.updateNowPlayingButtons. The buttons are instances of CPNowPlayingImageButton. Observed behavior: Occasionally the buttons are not displayed. Once this occurs, the UI does not recover. Restarting the phone immediately resolves the issue. Additional observations The issue appears to occur intermittently. Once triggered, it persists until the device is rebooted. Similar behavior has been observed in other music apps (for example, QQ Music). Questions Are there known CarPlay UI rendering issues related to CPListImageRowItem or CPNowPlayingTemplate in recent iOS versions? Is there any recommended workaround or lifecycle handling that might prevent these UI elements from failing to render? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

App is Not Receiving Healthkit Background Delivery
I am trying to figure out why my app is not receiving background deliveries from Healthkit. I have a successfully implemented HKObserverQuery  which is being used to send data like step count to a server. I have a successful enableBackgroundDelivery (completes without errors). I have also checkmarked the HealthKit Background Delivery and Clinical Health Records options in my app's Signing and Capabilities configurations. I know the observer is functional because the health data gets sent to the server when the app is running. The problem is I haven't seen any evidence of the observer handler being triggered when the app is not running. What am I missing? And what is the best way to go about debugging what is going wrong?

Best approach for animating a speaking avatar in a macOS/iOS SwiftUI application
I am developing a macOS application using SwiftUI (with an iOS version as well). One feature we are exploring is displaying an avatar that reads or speaks dynamically generated text produced by an AI service. The basic flow would be: Text generated by an AI service Text converted to speech using a TTS engine An avatar (2D or 3D) rendered in the app that animates lip movement synchronized with the speech Ideally the avatar would render locally on the device. Questions: What Apple frameworks would be most appropriate for implementing a speaking avatar? SceneKit RealityKit SpriteKit (for 2D avatars) Is there any recommended way to drive lip-sync animation from speech audio using Apple frameworks? Does AVSpeechSynthesizer expose phoneme or viseme timing information that could be used for avatar animation? If such timing information is not available, what is the recommended approach for synchronizing character mouth animation with speech audio on macOS/iOS? Are there examples of real-time character animation synchronized with speech on macOS/iOS? Any architectural guidance or references would be greatly appreciated.

MapKit JS quota limits
Hello, I’m planning to use MapKit JS for a production web/mobile application and I’m trying to better understand the quota limits and pricing model. From the documentation, I understand that MapKit JS provides a free daily limit of: 250,000 map views 25,000 service calls per Apple Developer Program membership. However, I’m not clear about what exactly happens if these limits are exceeded. My questions: If my application exceeds 250,000 map views or 25,000 service calls in a day, what happens? Will the API simply start returning errors (for example HTTP 429), or will Apple automatically charge for additional usage? Is there an official pricing model for usage above the free quota, or do we need to contact Apple to request higher limits? Are these limits strict daily hard limits that should never be exceeded in production? I’m trying to design the architecture of my application and would like to understand whether we must strictly stay below these limits or whether scaling beyond them is possible. Thank you.

Significant delay in Transaction ID availability via App Store Server API (Error 4040010)
Hi everyone, I’ve been encountering a recurring issue with the App Store Server API over the past 48 hours, specifically regarding the Get Transaction Info endpoint. Endpoint: GET /inApps/v1/transactions/{transactionId} Environment: Production Error Code: 4040010 (TransactionIdNotFound) The Issue When a user completes a purchase in our app, the client-side sends the transactionId to our backend for validation. However, when our server immediately calls the Get Transaction Info API using that ID, it frequently returns a 4040010 error, stating that the transaction ID cannot be found. Key Observations Eventual Consistency Delay: If we implement a retry logic and wait for 2 to 5 minutes, the exact same transactionId eventually becomes queryable and returns a valid signedTransactionInfo. Notifications vs. API: Interestingly, our server receives the App Store Server Notifications V2 (webhook) for these transactions almost instantly. The notifications contain the correct data, but the "Pull" API seems to lag behind the "Push" notification system. Recent Spikes: This behavior started occurring frequently within the last 2 days. Prior to this, the API was almost always near-instant. Questions Has anyone else noticed a spike in 4040010 errors or increased indexing latency in the Production environment recently? Is there a recommended "grace period" or backoff strategy when querying for a new transactionId? Apple's documentation doesn't explicitly mention an expected delay between a successful purchase and its availability via the Server API. Any insights or confirmation of similar issues would be greatly appreciated!

Submitted my app update 13 days ago. Status hasn't changed from "Waiting for Review" even once. Not a single message from Apple. I know reviews can take time, but 13 days stuck in waiting queue feels extreme for a minor bug fix update. Usually takes 1-2 days for me. Anyone else seeing these wait times lately? Should I do something or just keep waiting? Getting worried something is wrong with my submission.

Is there a way in AppKit to apply the Liquid Glass soft edge effect to a view placed outside an NSScrollView?
I’m developing a text editor that provides a line number view. This view is placed next to the NSScrollView that contains the main text view, rather than inside the scroll view. The line number view updates its drawing in sync with the NSScrollView’s scrolling and text editing in the NSTextView, so it can display the correct line numbers. This approach worked fine through macOS 15, but on macOS 26 with Liquid Glass, the line numbers end up being drawn without the expected blur/soft edge effect under the window toolbar area. In AppKit, some view controllers provide APIs to switch edge effects between soft/hard, but I can’t find any API to control this for the window toolbar region. I considered simply not drawing the numbers outside the content area, but if possible I’d like to apply the Tahoe-style soft edge effect instead. Does anyone have ideas? Is this currently impossible, meaning the only option is to file a feedback/API request? Also, for various reasons, the traditional approach of implementing line numbers by subclassing NSRulerView is difficult for my app.

Serious Question: Small Business Program?
Hey everyone, I applied for the App Store Small Business Program on February 18th and I still haven't heard anything back, that's almost 20 days now. Is this normal? How long did it take for those of you who got approved? I'm starting to wonder if my application even went through correctly. Would really appreciate hearing your experiences — especially if you applied recently. Did anyone else wait this long? Thanks

Update for existing app (6759172913) waiting for review – verifying submission
Hi everyone, We recently submitted an update for our existing iOS application and just wanted to verify that everything looks correct on our side in App Store Connect. The previous version of the app was approved and is currently live on the App Store. This new submission is a small update that improves some UI elements and adds minor usability improvements for our customers. At the moment the build is still waiting for review, and since we are coordinating this update with our client rollout schedule, we wanted to confirm that there are no issues with the submission metadata or the selected build. If anyone from the App Review team happens to see this and can confirm that the submission looks complete, we would really appreciate it. App ID: 6759172913 Thank you very much for your time and support. Kind regards, José Rodríguez

Unexpected Ambisonics format
When trying to load an ambisonics file using this project: https://github.com/robertncoomber/NativeiOSAmbisonicPlayback/ I get "Unexpected Ambisonics format". Interestingly, loading a 3rd order ambisonics file works fine: let ambisonicLayoutTag = kAudioChannelLayoutTag_HOA_ACN_SN3D | 16 let AmbisonicLayout = AVAudioChannelLayout(layoutTag: ambisonicLayoutTag) let StereoLayout = AVAudioChannelLayout(layoutTag: kAudioChannelLayoutTag_Stereo) So it's purely related to the kAudioChannelLayoutTag_Ambisonic_B_Format

StoreKit sandbox consumable purchase returns restored on second purchase instead of completing a new purchase
I am testing a consumable in-app purchase in the StoreKit sandbox and I am seeing behavior that does not seem correct on repeat purchase attempts. Also, is there any Apple-recommended handling for repeated consumable purchases when sandbox keeps surfacing a restored status?

Thank you.

Thanks

Any ETA or workaround? Thank you.
