However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? When my users are using my app, I want to transmit encrypted information through a VPN, and I need to use the Packet Tunnel permission. How can I apply for the Packet Tunnel permission? Is it through a Hotspot Helper Request?

I'm at my wit's end with Apple's ridiculous timeframes! They promise 2 days but then completely ghost you for weeks. Here I am, literally trying to give them my money and get things moving, but it's like hitting a brick wall over and over. I've tried everything - even set up a whole separate account - and what do I get? Just more 'pending' status. No updates, no explanations, just endless waiting. How is it possible for a trillion-dollar company to make something as simple as accepting payment so infuriatingly difficult?

Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred". Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue. I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day. I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution. Well, I wake up this morning to the following email: And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED: I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account? I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

I'm trying to create an app that authenticates to Apple Music using MusicKit but whenever I try to build my profile through eas, I am getting this error: Provisioning profile doesn't include the com.apple.developer.music-kit entitlement. However, my provisioning profile does have MusicKit enabled.

I'm not sure how to proceed. I paid for Apple Develoepr Program but not seeing it applied to my account and I still see "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired.'

After my account was converted to an organizational account, I tried to submit a new W-9, but I get an error: "The Type of Beneficial Owner does not match the individual or company status you previously provided." I had selected "Individual/Sole proprietor", based on my understanding that this is what should be selected on the W-9 for a single-member LLC. My initial guess as to what's causing the error, is my single-member LLC may have been miscategorized in the migration to an organization account so the intended option doesn't work. As per the official W-9 instructions, a single-member LLC should be categorized as an "Individual/sole proprietor or single-member LLC" on the form for tax purposes, but when I select "Individual/Sole Proprietor" on the "Type of Beneficiary Owner" dropdown on the App Store Connect front-end form for the W-9, which I assume corresponds with the aforementioned option on the true W-9 form that includes "single-member LLC", I get the aforementioned error. I was alternatively informed by Developer Support that the above error may be occurring because I haven't signed the latest Apple Program License Agreement, which I haven't been able to access, which they claimed is because I hadn't provided banking information for my account. So I added my business bank account but a week later the top of the Business section still says "Your banking updates are processing, and you should see the changes in 24 hours. You won't be able to make any additional updates until then." I contacted Apple Developer Support about all of the above and am still waiting for a response. While I wait, I'd like to ask here whether anyone has any ideas as to why the W-9 error is occuring or how long banking changes actually take to process, in case either of these is something I can resolve in the meantime.

I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it

Hi Apple Developer Community, Since March 2nd, we’ve been trying to register a corporate account for our U.S. company. However, we stopped receiving any updates after March 18th. The last message we received was: "We have received your documents and we'll contact you when an update is available." We’ve followed up several times since then, explaining that we have an app launch and a marketing campaign scheduled for early April, but we still haven’t heard back. Here are our ticket numbers: 102547989016 and 102558098664. Has anyone else experienced something similar, or does anyone know how we can get some help? A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on aninterestingwebsite.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

Hello, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the $99 fee. Before I could even submit my app or access any services, my Apple ID was locked without warning or explanation. I received no specific communication, and I am now unable to log in, request support, or access the developer tools I paid for. Apple has effectively taken payment without providing the service. I am a legitimate developer and would appreciate a review of my case, a refund, or a clear explanation of what went wrong.

Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied." I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.

I had submitted an app for mac for Notarization. After i had submitted the app it stated, "Team is not yet configured for Notarization". After few days i noticed that i am unable to access the features of my membership. Although i had an active membership. I have been trying to contact support from Feb 11 but no reply. Kindly help !
