I have an Apple Watch Series 6 (Model: M00H3LL/A) that was working perfectly before I updated it to watchOS 26.0 beta on 21st August 2024. The update process completed smoothly while the watch was on the charger, but immediately after the update the display became extremely dim. It’s not completely black, but so faint that it’s very difficult to see. I’ve already tried setting the brightness to maximum and also enabled maximum brightness under Accessibility settings, but the issue remains. I also tried force restarting the watch (holding the Digital Crown and side button together), but that did not resolve the issue. I know this is not a hardware issue, since the problem appeared immediately after the update, and at times the display briefly returns to normal brightness for just a few milliseconds (like a flicker). My current watchOS version is 26.0 (23R5350a). Could you please advise on how I can fix this, or confirm if this is a known issue with the beta version? Thank you.

I've tried for more than a week to join the Apple Developer Program without success but with super cryptic replies from Apple Developer Support. Looking to hear whether this has happened to others and how you resolved it. This has happened: Right after I submitted pictures of my driver's license I got the message "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support". No further information.. I contact support, they say my ID could not be verified, and does not give any further explanation, and not replying to my question whether I should provide another ID, like passport. Now that I try to click "Enroll", I automatically get the message "Your enrollment could not be completed" - AND my dad's name now appear as the account name! Even though I started from my personal Apple Account. I don't understand what is happening. Family sharing is not on. I'm just hitting a dead end of vague replies and silence from Support, and with no actual error messages on what is wrong I'm at a loss for what to do. Any tips or help is much appreciated.

Hi, EtreCheck I could really use some help with this, as I haven’t been able to find much concrete info. I mistakenly updated my MacBook to the 15.5 beta, and while I can’t say with 100% certainty that the issues started immediately after, I’ve been experiencing consistent kernel panics every time the machine wakes from sleep — it restarts completely and throws an error. I’m really hoping this isn’t a hardware issue. The MacBook is just over two years old, and I rely on it daily for work — replacing it right now isn’t an option. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Time Machine backup to roll back to. I’ve already wiped the machine and reinstalled macOS via recovery mode, and Apple Diagnostics isn’t showing any hardware problems. Just to rule it out: I’m not using any external devices — no docks, Thunderbolt accessories, or anything else plugged in. I came across EtreCheck as a recommended tool, and I’ve included the results below. If anyone is able to help interpret them or point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. I’ve since unenrolled from the beta and turned off automatic updates — I’m just hoping this is a beta-related bug that resolves with the next stable release. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I was trying to watch hulu while on facetime and saw theres no way to change the screenshare/shareplay automatically like you can set it to on the other ios and not automatically shareplay hulu on ios 26 beta unless i just didnt see it.

When printing to paper from Pages in iOS 26 Beta, the top, bottom and sides margins become larger comparing with iOS 18. Hope this wil fix in the next beta or the final version. Thanks.

Hi everyone, We're hoping someone here can help us out. We've run into a consistent issue when trying to enroll a new Apple Developer account as an organisation using our DUNS number. Here's what we've experienced: Individual enrollment through the Developer app works perfectly with a new Apple ID. However, when using an existing Apple ID and selecting organization enrollment, the process gets stuck: The payment button is greyed out in the Developer app. We're then locked out of enrolling through the app entirely. 4. When trying to complete the enrollment via the Developer website, there’s no valid payment method available (e.g., VISA option missing CVV field), and any attempts to proceed just loop without success. We're essentially stuck in a limbo state where we can’t proceed. We’ve gone through all the support channels: The automated assistant (Gaby) is unable to resolve the issue or understand the full context. Live chat support for both individual and business accounts told us they can’t assist and referred us back to the developer support system—which leads us back to square one. All members of our team were able to enroll individually without issue, but organisation enrollment consistently failed. Business support and Commercial support (spoken to supervisors) are unable to assist. They really tried and made an effort. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to get in touch with a real person at Apple who can actually resolve this? What are our next steps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I usually connect my iPad Pro M1 to an external monitor via the USB-C port without any issues. However, after updating to iPadOS 26 Beta 5 and now Beta 6, the connection no longer works. To troubleshoot, I tested other devices and setups: Tried connecting a wireless mouse via a 2.4GHz USB receiver - no response. Tried connecting the iPad to my MacBook via USB-C to USB-C cable - not recognized. Both the external monitor and mouse still work perfectly with my MacBook Air (macOS 18.6). This leads me to believe there may be a problem with the iPad’s USB-C data transfer functionality. I’ve checked the iPadOS 26 Beta Release Notes and found no mention of this issue. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Has Apple acknowledged it or provided any updates? Thanks for your help!

VPN apps won't work for the iOS 26 beta. It wouldnt add the configuration and instead lead me to Settings where you MANUALLY add the vpn configurations. It won't save by itself. Please fix this problem as VPN's are really important. Thank you.

Installed the iOS 26 Beta on my iPhone 13 Pro last night, hated it. I wasn't aware that there is a supported way of restoring back to iOS18.5, so I (foolishly) opted to flash the iOS18.5 ispw file onto my device using a 3rd party tool. Now, my device is stuck in a state between. Unable to flash, unable to use itunes to restore, randomly gives error codes during restoration attempts. Worries my device may be lost permanently! Please advise.

This is important for: Historical and educational simulations Timeline-sensitive app testing Calendar research and UI behavior in legacy periods Currently, iPadOS blocks dates before 2001. I 'upgraded' to Tahoe 26.0 public beta & since then my contacts will not synch to the iCloud. All other synching functions (eg. calendar, reminders messages, notes etc.) are fine. Have tried a bunch of different ways to restore this, but so far I haven't been successful. Anyone else have this issue & better still, were able to fix it? Or do I simply need to be patient & wait for the next public beta release?

What are the steps in order to safely partition a drive to run MacOS26 for testing on my main machine without corrupting the main machine, please advise?
