I am trying to develop a Watch and iOS app as companion. It is beyond stupid how I can not keep the watch connected to Xcode to develop. I have tried all the so-called tricks. Why is this so fragile? The phone is USB connected to my Mac I have tried turning off the wifi on my Mac and have the phone and watch on the same network. Nada I have tried just having everything on the same network. The watch is connected maybe 20% of the time. I have tried creating a hotspot network with my phone. The watch is connected maybe 50% of the time. This is truly an awful experience. Am I doing something wrong? Any advice would be grateful.

I downloaded Xcode Beta 26 and built the POS code repository project. However, an error appeared: unable to find the module dependency 'minizip'. No changes have been made to the repository since upgrading to iOS 18.0. Is this a new issue with Xcode 26, and what are the resolution steps?

Hi all, I just submitted my application to join the Developer Program. I went through the form, and got to the payment screen and filled out. I submitted and have received an "order acknowledgement" email, but I note that payment hasn't been taken, nor do I have any other emails regarding it. I understand my application can take a while to progress and it's still early days, but I'm concerned that it's stuck in limbo as payment hasn't been taken. With that and the notice on my account page that still reads: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." When I navigate to the payment screen again, I can see that there is no CVV field which my bank requires to accept payments. I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and how they resolved or, even, if I have done something wrong during the application phase. Thanks!

If I want to display my corporations digital position would it be considered legal to use an iPhone SIM card reader as it seems to have a “data” point that hints at the idea of stabilization of intelligence that be found both off line and online. I did a little research and it said Apples proprietary patents are referring to the size, ejection, magnetic trigger etc which leads me to want to know if the idea of using a SIM card reader to position the corporation as it uses a $USD specimen data file to position the idea of the corporation into a tangible format. This is unique situation, save your rhetoric calling me crazy unless you’re willing to look at the evidence I’ve collected over the last 2 years. My entire family is being stalked and harassed by a DOD Contractor named Galapagos Federal Systems. They are literally using our identities to and accounts they’ve created to run Amazon Marketplace Business Accounts as sellers. They have amended my tax returns and they have hijacked my domain, which is MauiEasyRiders.Com. It’s pretty easy to see that they’ve hikacked my domain as they are using more than 20 ports around the clock, and I had to walk away from my business of 15 years because of a DDoS attack that is literally impossible to escape. These people are the lowest of the low. They have 250 million dollars in DODcontracts and they are registered as a small section 8a Native Hawaiian owned business, regardless of the fact that the owner is not Hawaiian and not from Hawaii, and the business was formed in Delaware. Their headquarters is literally a house in a neighborhood with nothing but a big ass can in the driveway, no traffic, no offices, just spook government hacks. I’ve mailed a complaint to the DOD hotline, been to the FBI in person, filled out all the forms online for every possible agency, filed police reports, nobody will even glance at the data I’ve accumulated and meticulously detailed, both in pdf format and on paper. They’re using my mothers identity and the identities of my two adult sons. It’s ridiculous. I literally have 90 Ip addresses in my DNS Leak Test and my home WiFi is hosting 190 IP Addresses. They have a Cisco business account in my name with over two hundred ASA and Fire IO devices that are years out of date. I have their exploit data, names, email addresses, absolutely everything I could possibly need that anyone investigating fraud would ask for, yet these parasites continue to carry out their crimes as if the law doesn’t apply to them. The only thing I have not tried is going to my Representatives from Washington in person. Anyone have any ideas? I’m happy to share data if anyone is interested in seeing it, even if you’re not interested in helping I’m happy to share all the info I can on their fraud. Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, I am looking for advice or help from anyone who has experienced a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization under the name Mindzone Technologies on Monday, December 15, 2025. Since then, the enrollment status has remained in “processing” with no updates. After waiting several weeks, I contacted Apple Developer Support twice but have not received any response. First email was sent on Monday, January 19, 2026 (GMT+4) Second email was sent on Friday, January 23, 2026 (GMT+4) Category: Membership and Account, Program Enrollment At this point, it has been over 40 days since enrollment and more than 3 business days since the last support contact, despite Apple stating typical response times are much shorter. There has been no request for additional documents, no phone call for identity verification, and no explanation provided. This delay is blocking our ability to publish apps and proceed with business commitments. Has anyone else faced an enrollment delay of this length recently Is there a specific escalation path or action that actually helped resolve this Should I expect a phone verification call or is there something I should proactively request Any guidance from Apple staff or developers who managed to resolve a similar case would be greatly appreciated. I am constantly running out of storage on my iPhone 16 Pro. I keep having to move my photos and videos to my laptop and delete them from my phone, and I’m constantly needing to offload apps and manually clear caches in some apps to free up storage. I finally got sick of having this cycle every two weeks so looked into it more closely. I’m finding that iOS consumes 32 GB, and then another system reserve category is consuming an additional 23 GB. Meaning the system reserved files are consuming half of the storage on this phone and effectively making it a 64 GB model. I understand the system will need to consume some capacity for itself and that iOS is getting larger, but nearly 50% of the capacity of the phone is insane. Looking closer into the categories, I’m seeing that iOS has taken it upon itself to also permanently provision 10% of the storage capacity for reserve update space. Already another instance of “why am I having to lose so much of my functional capacity to an occasional process?” but I can understand the utility of this — if I didn’t still have to offload basically all my apps every single time I run a software update, because I’m still some not-insignificant amount short. I seem to recall it being between 6-20 GB across the different updates I’ve had to do since iOS 26 rolled around. I’d also like to be clear that preprovisioning the storage space for updates isn’t a bad idea, just give us an off switch if we’d rather be able to take a few hundred more photos, have another few apps, etc. than have the space sit mostly unused. The biggest culprit is this “system data” category which is somehow consuming as much space as the entire operating system and its extensions. There’s no clear way to request iOS to clear this down if some of it is temporary data, which we should have a button for even if Apple thinks it should “just work.” Windows usually trims down on its temp files, but on the occasion you go look and see 67 GB of temporary files, being able to manually run the disk cleanup tool is very helpful. I’m hesitant to try any third party app because I shouldn’t need to, and knowing Apple, it wouldn’t have access to anything it would actually have to touch anyway. Which is neither here nor there, but give us a button to clear cache or maybe run the cleanup when the phone reboots? I am running the developer beta right now so maybe that’s part of it. However I’m not sure… I had switched to mainline release for a while when it released, and it didn’t seem any different with storage consumption and battery drain. I jumped back to beta to see some of the new features and am waiting for another mainline release to switch back to as the recent betas have been much more unstable/buggy than the entire prerelease beta period. Just wondering if anyone has any kind of input on this storage issue in particular as it’s not really been talked about as much as the battery drain issue from what I can see.

iPadOS 26 Dev Beta 1 - need to do a restore via DFU mode. I made sure iPad in normal mode shows up in Finder and I can see device details. When I boot into DFU mode (I have kept the ipad connected to mac), it does not show up in Finder. No matter what combination of plugging/unplugging cables, rebooting, again into DFU mode, it will not show up in Finder. Looking for steps to resolve this, or do I need to wait until beta 2 to resolve this?

On recent versions of macOS (including current betas), when enabling Internet Sharing from Ethernet to Wi-Fi, the configured WPA2/WPA3 password is ignored and the shared network is broadcast as an open (unsecured) network. Steps to Reproduce: Connect Mac to Ethernet via USB/LAN adapter Go to System Settings > General > Sharing > Internet Sharing Set up Wi-Fi options with a valid WPA2/WPA3 password Enable Internet Sharing Expected Behavior: Devices should see a password-protected Wi-Fi network with a lock icon and require authentication. Actual Behavior: The network appears unsecured (no lock icon) Devices like iPhone connect without entering a password This can be verified immediately from iOS Wi-Fi settings Additional Notes: Reproducible across macOS 15.5 RC and 16.0,26.0 Developer Beta Feedback has been submitted via Feedback Assistant multiple times This is a serious security risk if used in public or shared environments Has anyone else experienced this? Hello, Can someone let me know why my car play screen keeps changing and how do I stop the change?

After updating the Xcode 26, defined universal links are not working in the iOS simulator. In the configuration, we have verified all the things including AASA file hosting and domain configuration. It is working properly in the real devices. Issue occurring only for Simulators. How can I debug it in the simulators to validate this ? Xcode Version: 26.1 Simulator iOS: 26.1

This is my first problem and my first question hopefully somebody can help or give me some suggestions. I was in the developr beta of IOS 26 build(235260n) for a while I haven't updated it since the new beat has came out, beta 3. I have been trying to update requested, after about 20 seconds it goes away but does not start the download the update. The problem also begins to download something into the system beta goes from 22.85 GB to 33.78 GB. It just holds the update but doesn't;t update the phone. I have tried power cycling the device and everytime I do that it just resets the system data and allows up to try the update again. Unsure what to do and don't know if I would need to wait for the public beta for IOS26 to change anything on the device. Please let me know if you guys have any more suggestions what should be the next step. I also was unsure if I should backup the device and reinstall it to make sure that its not something with the conncetion.

I tried to update to the currently released beta version of iPad OS26, but I can't seem to update due to lack of storage space on my iPad. Is there any other way to update besides freeing up space? Model: iPad 8 Storage: 18GB/32GB I would appreciate it if anyone has any information on how to free up storage space in order to update to iPad OS26.

For the last two weeks Time Machine has been unable to complete back up. It's throwing up the following: The error detail shows : The file does not exist in finder and have tried logging Mac out of iCloud and back in again but error remains. Any thoughts much appreciated.
