The M5 Pro does not connect to the Wi-Fi AP using RADIUS when NetworkExtension Activiate.

The M1 and M2 Pro worked, but only the M5 Pro MacBook Pro did not work.

If you deactivate NetworkExtension, it connects to the AP, and afterwards, it works even if you activate NetworkExtension.

I use third-party application.

OK.

DevForums is primarily focused on helping developers use the APIs in Apple’s various platform SDKs. If you’re having problems with a third-party product, you have a couple of options:

  • I generally recommend that you contact the product’s vendor. It’s likely that they’ll have the most specific advice for you.
  • Alternatively, if you want to discuss this with other Apple users, start a thread over in Apple Support Community, run by Apple Support.

Wi-Fi, such as a smartphone hotspot, connects normally on the M5 Pro.

when NetworkExtension Activiate.

What do you mean by “NetworkExtension Activiate”?

The Network Extension framework has many different subsystems, many of which can affect the Wi-Fi join process, so I need to understand which one is involved before I can offer any guidance.

Are these content filters that you created? Or are you using products created by other third-party developers?
