The subscription is displayed in my active subscriptions from my apple account. It shows in the application that the enrollment through the application is not working. The payment receipt was sent to the post office when, how much, and for how long everything about the subscription is. Tell me what are my next steps, how much should I reap?

My membership in the program expires on April 17. Previously, renewal emails were sent one month before the end of the term, but this year there are no emails. I started to worry. I logged in as a developer and I don't see the renewal payment button. It's simply not there. I also don't see the renewal button on my mobile phone. I added another developer to my account, and they informed me that they saw the renew button when they first logged in, but it disappeared after they refreshed the page. In the smartphone of another developer who has been on our team for more than 3 years, there is an extension button in the Signatures section. However, this account is registered in Russia, and since April 1, payment has been impossible due to the blocking of payments from the mobile operator's account. We have written a request on behalf of the creator of our mobile app's developer account on the support website to find out how we can pay for our membership. We wrote the request 6 days ago, but we have not received a response yet. About 3 days after we submitted the request, the expiration date for our aninterestingwebsite.com membership changed to May 7 (i.e., it was extended by 2 weeks), and we have not received a response from support regarding the payment.
